Health Hive offers a unique platform for users to share and compare their health metrics anonymously. This allows individuals to gain valuable insights into their own health and how they compare to others in the Health Hive community. With the ability to filter by various demographics, users can get a deeper understanding of their health standing.

• Full summaries of various health metrics are provided, categorized under Vitals, Exercise, and Steps & Walking.
• Users can compare their submitted metrics with others in the Health Hive community using charts and comparison values.
• The Highlights section provides key health metrics for a quick understanding of how users compare to their demographic.
• Hive data can be filtered to analyze how health metrics change with factors such as age, BMI, biological sex, and more.
• Detailed metrics are available for a comprehensive understanding of the app's user demographic.
• The Global Health Boards feature allows users to compare health metrics across different countries.

The supported health metrics include Resting Heart Rate, Maximum Recorded Heart Rate, Cardio Fitness VO2Max, Heart Rate Variability HRV, Blood Oxygen Saturation, Respiratory Rate, Breathe sessions, Apple Watch Move Energy, Apple Watch Exercise Time, Apple Watch Stand Time, Basal Rest Energy, Sleep Time, Step Count, Stairs/Flights Climbed, Step Length, Walking Speed, Walking & Running Distance, Walking Asymmetry, Walking Double Support, Stair Climb Speed, and Stair Descend Speed.

It should be noted that Health Hive can integrate with the Apple Health app to read users' health data. However, please be aware that Health Hive is not supported on iPad as it requires Apple Health.

In addition to its standard features, Health Hive offers an optional premium purchase called Health Hive Plus. This purchase enhances the app with additional features and supports future development. Notably, Health Hive does not offer any subscriptions.
